Bob Payne joins the Partnership as the ExpandED Schools Manager. Bob’s primary goal is to help facilitate high-quality extended days for students in schools around New Orleans. A native New Yorker, Bob moved to New Orleans in 2004 to attend Loyola, and after graduating in 2008 taught in nearby St. Bernard Parish at St. Bernard Middle School for three years through Teach for America. After teaching English and Social Studies for three years to 7th and 8th graders, Bob is ready to support the youth of New Orleans in a different way.
