Vincent Rossmeier joined the Partnership at the end of 2011. Vincent focuses on policy research and advocacy for youth development and afterschool programs. A native of Virginia, he moved to New Orleans in 2009. Prior to working at the Partnership, Vincent worked as a research analyst at the Bureau of Governmental Research in New Orleans and as an editorial assistant at the online magazine, Salon.com. He also worked as an intern at the New Yorker. His writing has appeared in numerous publications, including Salon.com, newyorker.com, thewashingtonpost.com, The Chicago Sun-TimesEdible New Orleans and The Brooklyn Rail. Vincent holds a Master’s in journalism from New York University’s Cultural Reporting and Criticism Program. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 2004 with a B.A. in history.
